Eligible products purchased directly from SBSocks.com may qualify for a replacement or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.

What's Covered

Our product guarantee applies to eligible SBSocks products purchased directly from SBSocks.com and generally covers manufacturing defects, including issues with materials, stitching, or construction that are present upon delivery or result from a manufacturing problem.

Normal wear and tear is expected with any sock and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

What's Not Covered

Our product guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper washing or care, accidents, alterations, excessive wear, or normal deterioration that occurs through regular use.
